Hardly renowned for her tasteful outfits and sophisticated behaviour, leading lady Amy Childs still managed to book a date with our fashion bible Vogue.

Despite being haled as the new younger, bustier Jordan, the star of hit ITV2 show The Only way Is Essex, toned down her looks to appear alongside the biggest nanes in Hollywood and fashion ans is to star in Vogue.

Amy ditched her fake eyelashes, tangerine tan and lip gloss and paraded as a more natural women last week as she posed for the cameras.

Dressed in a leather jacket and designer black mini dress, Amy looked remarkably different from what views are used to seeing on screen.

“Amy looked amazing,” an onlooker said. “She was posing and pouting and seemed confident in front of the camera. She hardly had any make up on but she still looked stunning, so natural.”

Despite all the flowing compliments, apparently the young star was not pleased when she discovered that she had to strip the make-up and bare all. But after seeing the results, Amy admited she was pleased with her drastic image overhaul.

Friends close to the star reported, “Amy wasn’t keen on the idea of having all of her make-up stripped off at first, but when she looked in the mirror, she loved it. It isn’t her usual look, but it is something different and she definitely made it work.

However some of The Only Way Is Essex fans may agree than Amy’s outlandish style is the highlight of the show, but don’t worry this new natural beauty is not hear to stay.

Amy’s friend puts our minds at rest declaring: “Don’t expect her to rock this look all the time – she likes her fake eyelashes and lip liner too much!”"
