There is no getting away from it TV actress Denise Welch has earned quite a reputation for herself  liking nothing more than a good ‘ole’ night out on the tiles and unfortunate enough to have countless photograph’s taken on each occasion showing her very much the worse for wear.

But her long-suffering husband, actor Tim Healy, (who enjoys a few drinks himself)  issued the Loose Woman presenter with an ultimatum to clean up her act or their 23-year marriage is over.

Since Tim’s threat, the couple have kissed and made up and promised one another that they will both try harder to make their marriage work, but it is still early days for the pair and as Denise struggles to come to terms with her unacceptable behaviour and nights of drunken bliss, the star is now having to deal with an onslaught of internet bullies.

Denise was furious when one online user named, ‘onearesenwenger’ contacted her and said:

“Your hubby is a saint letting you **** around so obviously.

“Reckon your kids will respect you when they grow up?”

But the tough Northener hit back at the internet bully saying:

“Sort your own life out!

“What the **** do you know about mine?” which opened up the flood gates of abuse for the distraught star as another Tweeter wrote:

“You are mutton dressed as mutton’s granny.

“What a sad pathetic drunk.

“What drugs are you taking that make you so deluded that you think you’re sexy or young looking?

“You are an old drunk.

“You are an embarassment to your husband and your family.

“You have a rep for being a drunken letch.

“Grow up grandma.

“You are a mess.”

Denise has a history of depression and many of her close friends are concerned that the cruel jibes and attacks from internet bullies will do nothing but knock her already shaky confidence unless she puts a stop to it right away by blocking the senders to her Twitter account immediately.
