He’s best known for playing lovable rogue and long suffering husband of feisty Kat Slater in BBC1′s hit soap EastEnders.

But it appears that the talented Alfie Moon actor isn’t just pulling pints in Walford’s ficticious Queen Vic Pub following claims that have been made against him of a six-year sordid sexual affair by President of his fan club Alison Hall.

The besotted fan’s shocking allegations insinuates that the family man has been cheating on his wife with her for six-years.

Shane Richie first met obsessed fan Alison Hall, 29, when he was touring the UK appearing in musicals and married to his first wife, TV Presenter and singer Collen Nolan.

But according to the young president (who was just 13-years-old at the time) although she and Richie became friends they didn’t begin sleeping with each other until she was 22, at the same time as the EastEnders star was dating his present wife Christie Goddard.

In a recent interview Alison Hall claimed that soon after her idol landed his life-changing role in the UK’s most popular TV soap EastEnders playing  the role of Alfie Moon he asked her to look after his fan mail and began going around to her home to work on his website (2004) where she alleges they first began having sex:

“The first time we had sex we were in the spare room and my mum was downstairs.

“I had spent years dreaming about being with Shane and now it was actually happening.

“It wasn’t how I imagined it but it was exciting.

“I felt guilty because we both had partners but there was no way that I could say no.

“I was completely besotted and he took advantage of that.

“It broke my heart.

“He was my life and when he dropped me I felt like I had nothing to live for”, claims Alison Hall who further went on to reveal that the soap star visited her two or three times a week and sent her explicit texts and asked for pictures of her.

She claims that she continued having sex with Shane Richie, 47, throughout his engagement, births of his children and consequent marriage to Christie Goddard,32, right the way through until December 2009, it was only then that the EastEnders star began ignoring her.

Following Alison Hall’s allegations about her six-year affair with the married soap-star a spokesman for the Richie’s said:

“Shane and his wife Christie have been aware of these allegations for some time now and they remain fully united to each other and their family.”
