Released today is another extraordinary guise from the controversial and multi-talented New York singer/songwriter Lady Gaga which will no doubt give her critics a field day as she proudly swaps her female identity for a man’s.
Unrecognisible as her former self, the artistic and creative singer poses as her new alter-ego Joe Calderone for the cover of her brand new single You and I.
Jo Calderone as you can see is a rather good looking bloke in a rugged sense of the word sporting a rock n roll gelled-up dark quiff, facial stubble and impressive sideburns.
The 25-year-old Tweeted the black-and-white picture to her fans commenting:
You will never find what you are looking for in love, if you don’t love yourself.”
The new single is taken from the stars second studio recorded album Born This
Way and is due for release on August 23.
Lady Gaga’s real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta and she took the music world by storm gaining world wide fame and success following the

release of her debut album, The Fame in 2008 where it reached number one on the record charts of six countries.
She is certainly no stranger to controversy by creating and wearing many outrageous costumes, hats and guises.
Her second album Born This Way sold more than 1,108 million copies in its first week in the US and the album is in part what the star describes as:
“Bad kids going to church that are having fun on a high level.”
The release of her new single You and I comes as Lady Gaga faces a lawsuit from a vocalist called Rebecca Fancescatti who claims that the singer’s hit song Judas, from Born This Way, is in fact a copy of her own tune written in 1999 called Juda.
