She’s getting a good workout twice daily, taking diet pills and forbidden any fatty foods in her house.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been left in tears after only dropping the four out of the 15lb is had aimed to shed.
Along with taking QuickTrim diet tablets, Kim has also enlisted the help of top celebrity personal trainer Tracy Anderson, who has successfully helped other top celebs Gwyneth Paltrow, Gunnar Peterson and J-Lo to tone up and lose weight healthily.
kim, 30, recently told how she put on almost a stone while filming her show, ‘Kourtney And Kim Take New York’ last year.
She said: ‘I worked out once. I gained 10lb. All the papers were like, Kim’s pregnant! I ate the nuts on the street corner, the hot dogs, the street meat. It was no joke.’
Kim had bad news a couple of weeks ago being diagnosed with the skin diseaseÂ Psoriasis, she vowed it would not ruin her life,Â especially her big wedding day.
