As an excited Victoria Beckham prepares to give birth to her first baby girl later this week, she’s already stressing about her post-baby shape – and getting inspired by a fellow WAG.
After seeing the photos of Abbey Clancy’s super toned wedding figure on holiday in Dubai last month, it was difficult to believe that she had only given birth 7 weeks previously.
However, no one was more in ore of Abbey’s post-baby beach body than fellow WAG Vicky herself, who is due to welcome her fourth child into the Beckham brood – a longed for baby daughter – any minute.
Despite Victoria having plenty of practice getting her size zero waist back in check after giving birth, she is keen to learn all of Abbey, 25, secrets.
“Vic was really impressed with those beach pictures of Abbey and told everyone how fabulous and healthy she thought she looked,” says a source close to the budding fashion designer.
“She’s going to use the snaps as motivation to get back into shape after birth.”
Posh, 37, has been reluctant to show off her pregnancy bump this time around. She has been going the extra mile to craftily hide her size with stylish loose clothes and conveniently paced designer handbags.
“She’s been warned that getting into camera-ready shape after pregnancy number four is extremly tough, so she’s prepared,” adds the source.
“While she’ll be sensible about it, she’s vowed to have her body back in pre-pregnancy condition, or better, within a month of birth.
“She is planning on hiring a trainer, a nutritionist, dietitian… the works.”
Even footballer husband David, 36, is being roped into Victoria’s grueling workout routine. He has agreed yo take her out on long runs when they have the time.
“David has organised major time off,” continues the source.
“He’ll be a house husband and full-time father for a couple of months, not to mention Vic’s trainer.”
Posh is never one to let her image slip, so no doubt we will see her toned post-baby body plastered every where very soon.
