A hopeful YouTube star has been dubbed as the early X Factor favourite, after successfully winning over this years new judging panel with her rendition of Ellie Goulding’s cover This Is Your Song.

Talented 16-year-old Janet Devlin, who will be featured on tonights X Factor show, is set to be the first show-stopping contestant to blow the judges and the live audience away.

Janet received praise and admiration from the panel and already she is predicted to make it the X Factor final! All we can say is wow she must be good!

But it wasn’t all smooth for the young singer, as she was almost defeated by a bout of nervousness and panic before being encouraged to walk onto the stage and reveal her talent.

But the judges agreed that her ‘shyness’ added to her likeability, and she could potentially sell records worldwide and become global.

After the judges heard Janet sing, kelly Rowling exclaimed she was a star in the making, and Louis Walsh added: “I don’t think you have any idea how good you are.”

The first X Factor show is on tonight 8.00pm on ITV1.
