Despite her day job largely including stripping down to her undies in front of cameras or an adoring crowd, the young pop star refuses to go on a laborious calorie counting diet to keep in shape.
Instead she has a more simple secret motto she religiously follows when ever she needs to shed a few extra pounds…ditch the carbs.

Amongst her very highly paid team of beauticians that keep her looking her best, Rihanna also has the best personal trainers money can buy.
New York based trainer Ary Nunez, revealed that the self proclaimed diva loves to dig into fish and protein as these are excellent for building muscle, and snaking on healthy choice fruit and olives.

â€˜I believe deprivation leads to disaster so I don’t stop her.’
Many dieticians and top personal trainers swear by keeping a little cheeky treat in your diet. The theory goes that if you deprive yourself of everything exciting and indulgent when on a diet, you are far more likely to fail.
