As she gets used to the single life again, Kerry Katona has admitted she is still not over her first husband, ex Westlife singer Brian McFadden.

Kerry, 30, had her two eldest children Molly, nine, and Lily Sue, eight, with Brian during their two-year marriage, and she would love another child.

It seems the problem is, no man matches up to her old flame.

In a candid interview about Brian, Kerry admitted: ‘I blamed myself that he didn’t love me enough to stay. I felt a failure as a wife, a failure as a women. My break-up from Brian is why I was in such a rush to get married again, to have a family unit.’

Kerry added: ‘I still want more children. But the thought of another relationship scares the hell out of me.’

Kerry met Brain, now 31, during her Atomic Kitten days and they married in a lavish ceremony in 2002.

But just months after she was crowned queen of the jungle in I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2004, Brian and Kerry split up.

Her life then took a turn for the worst and spiralled out of control, she then married again to love-rat cab driver Mark Croft.

Although the reality star is well and truly over Mark, Kerry just cannot seem to move on from Brian, who now lives in Australia.

Just last week, Kerry confessed: ‘I only realised when I came off drugs that I was still heartbroken over Brian.

‘Today, I still can’t believe I’m not over that. I spoke to him on Skype the other day and when I saw him my heart jumped.’
