As news breaks that EastEnders star Jessie Wallace has finally seen the light and kicked her cheating burger van man Vince Morse to the curb one can only assume that the man who almost got her up the aisle the day after news broke that he’d been cheating on her with his former fiance, must be left with a very bad taste in his mouth knowing that for Jessie at least, he’s well and truly past his sell-by-date.

Fair play to one of Britain’s favourite actresses, just hours before the star-studded wedding bash was due to take place in a lavish ceremony surrounded by loads of celebrities her spokesman confirmed that the wedding was off.

Brave Jessie, 39, was seen with a smile on her face as she arrived back at her London home this afternoon after accepting that she just couldn’t go through with it despite almost falling for Morse’s sad excuses for betraying her by emailing an explicit photograph of the Albert Square star in a very compromising position to try and lure his ex into spending a dirty weekend away with him as he was tired and bored of the soap actress.

The explicit photo of Jessie pictured wearing only a sexy basque, stockings, and a seductive smile under the heading: “This is what you will get x”  was revealed to the press by Morse’s ex just 24-hours before the pair were due to be married.

According to the burger van man’s ex-Karen Short, they met up in December for a night of passion at a hotel and at that time alleges she had no idea that he was dating Jessie, she further claims that since their split in 2005, the pair have never stopped emailing, flirting and meeting up with each other.

This morning it almost looked like Jessie Wallace intended to go through with marrying the man who had betrayed her, and could have earned herself a whopping £300,000 in an exclusive deal with a prominent magazine for a spread of her happy day, but lucky for her and her young daughter, the EastEnders actress woke up, smelt the coffee and saved herself from making quite possibly the biggest mistake of her life.

Despite the explicit photo, Jessie’s difficult decision today to kick her cheating fella to the curb has at least left some of her dignity intact.
