A desperate Robbie Williams begs new X Factor judge Gary Barlow to get him on the hit show.
Now Robbie and former Take That band mate Gary Barlow, 40, are best buddies again, the newly wed solo star has franticly appealed to him for a slot on the popular UK talent show.
Apparently Robbie, 37, has been pleading with the new head judge to convince X Factor producers to let him perform his new material during the up coming live shows.
The bargaining comes after Robbie was left distraught after his last solo performance on the show in 2009 was branded a ‘disaster’ by the public.
Two years ago, a single Robbie thought he had struck gold when invited to perform on the elite stage, but he was left broken after his bizarre performance of his single Bodies, left a bad taste in the views mouths.
The millions of viewers, including eager Robbie Williams fans, were left disappointed by the artists strange dance moves and scary ‘wild eyes.’
The X Factor stage came alive when the popular 90s boyband Take That was joined by long time ex bandmate Robbie, but as soon as he was left alone to perform, it was an embarrassing flop for the star and the show.
‘He came under so much fire. It was the beginning of the end of working by himself for ages,’ reported a close pal to the singer.
Desperate to redeem himself and prove he has still got his ‘comical charisma’ many if his fans adore him for, Robbie has be badgering pal Gary.
But Mr Barlow, nicked named Mr Nasty after taking the place of the formidable Simon Cowell, has proven hard to please at this series of X factor auditions so far. Will his old bud Robbie, have the X Factor hes been looking for to let loose on the show?
Only time will tell…
