Well no-one can accuse talk show host Jonathon Ross of not being able to bag some of the biggest stars on the planet and tonight as the first episode of his ITV1 show hits the screens since he defected from his £6 million-a-year-job at the BBC network you could say that he’s smiling like the cat who got the cream after persuading Grammy Award winner and global chart singing sensation Adele to appear on his debut show.
The gorgeous singer tells the millionaire chat host that she’s planning to return to the studio to work in two-months time and although she confirmed that she’s set to work on new material as a follow up to her amazing album 21, she also hinted that she could be the voice behind the next Bond film theme music:
“I’m going back in the studio in November. Fingers X’d, although this is actually a theme what I’ve got to do. Wow! That is really giving something away”, grinned the 23-year old star which didn’t slip past ‘Wossy’ who quickly jumped on her case by indicating that Adele might have meant she was hinting at the next Bond theme to which she promptly shot him down and said:
“No! It’s a concept. It’s one song.”
Joining the talented singer on Wossy’s show tonight is Formula One racing champ Lewis Hamilton and Sex In The City actress Sarah Jessica Parker.
Tune in to find out whether The Jonathon Ross Show on ITV1 at 10pm is a hit or miss with viewers.
