Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has been urged to take style tips from ‘Glee’ star Lea Michele, ouch!

Future queen kate, 29, has been widely praised for her choice of fashion outfits during official outings since marrying Prince William in April, but stylist Mary Alice Stephenson believes the 29-year-old duchess would highly benefit from a more youthful look and cites Lea from Glee as the perfect example of this.

Alice told E! News: “I have to say, I was talking to Lea in the front row at Alexander Wang at New York Fashion Week and I like that she’s not about showing it all off. I love that she’s a little more demure in a time when everyone is taking their clothes off.

“She’s wearing beautiful, feminine, chic clothes and it’s like Kate Middleton can take a nod from Lea, because I think Kate Middleton has so many eyes upon her and sometimes I think she’s a little too adult. And I know the pressures and Lea kind of does that perfect elegance but still stays young.”

Mary Alice is not the only person to shockingly offer stylish Kate style advice, Queen Latifah who recently launched her own fashion line says if she was given the opportunity to work with the British beauty, she would make her a little more ‘rugged’.

She said: “I’d probably give her a pair of my skinny moto jeans and a fresh moto jacket with a cool tank, and I’d probably get her a nice pair of Ralph Lauren boots, throw her on a cool-ass motorcycle and tell her to go. But that’s just me. I like to see a little ruggedness.”

We are sure many will agree Kate’s sense of style is perfect the way it is.
