He still hasn’t fulfilled his last promise of global stardom, but Will.i.am is already making world domination plans for X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos.

Despite shouting from the roof tops that he was going to make the nations sweetheart, Cheryl Cole, a worldwide name, The Black Eye Peas star has moved on to his next conquest – N-Dubz Tulisa.

Adamant to still prove he actually ‘does’ have some influence in the States, the music producer/singer wants to take yet another Brit brunette under his wing.

Whilst Tulisa’s down to earth judging style has proven a hit with the British public, it has also caught the the eye of Cheryl’s current manager, Will.i.am, so much so that he has already blasted the egotistical promise to make her a star in the US.

The 36-year-old budding music mogul is keen to get the former urban chava star on his books and help the 23 year old break the US, just like what Cheryl Cole is STILL attempting to achieve…

That maybe one more talent that our Cheryl holds, but as Chazza is still floundering to be lit by the blinding limelight of the States, the promise of Tulisa following is still looking a bit bleak.
