Cristiano Ronaldo: “People Are Jealous Because I’m Handsome and Rich”

Dad-of-one Cristiano Ronaldo believes the rude Barcelonian fans that choose to boo him, are just ‘jealous’ of him and his elite lifestyle he leads.

The opposing crowd chanted the rival footballer’s Lionel Messi’s name whenever Ronaldo touched the ball in the match against Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia – but the world famous footballer couldn’t care less.

‘People are jealous of me because I am handsome, rich and famous, he told reporters covering the game.

The Real Madrid player, 26, said his main priority was his little son, which the confident star even named after him, Cristiano Jr.

He added: ‘My family comes first – my son is the most important thing in my life,’ says Cristiano, 26.

‘After that, it’s the football that matters most to me. Money comes after that.’
