Kristen Stewart Shoots Snow White At Marloes Beach Pembrokeshire, Wales

Local Pembrokeshire folks had a treat in store this week, as Twilight’s lead actress Kristen Stewart shot her new up and coming film ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ at one of Pembs many blue flag beaches.

Charging white horses and Kristen dressed in medieval clothes were a sight for many yesterday, who were excited to see the Hollywood star on their soil, and they even got sight of Kristen’s stunt double!

Snow White and the Huntsman is the latest production to take advantage of Pembrokeshire’s beautiful coastline.

Local residents aren’t complaining though, who have seen a massive boost in tourism, as fans of the films soak up the sights featured in the blockbusters.

Past films include, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and 2, and Robin Hood starring Russle Crow, both were shot at Freshwater West beach in the county in 2009.

Snow White and the Huntsman expected release will be in the summer of 2012, and will go up against its rival film, The Brother’s Grimm Snow White featuring Lily Collins and Julia Robberts as the evil queen.

Filming is expected to take place on Marloe’s beach until today, so if you’re in the area, you better hurry up!
