Pippa Middleton’s Vigorous Exercise Regime Uncovered!

With Pippa Middleton admirers wanting her perfect bottom, everyone is now asking themselves the question, how does Pippa stay in shape?

It’s no big secrets that Pip, Duchess of Cambridge Kate and mother Carole are huge fans of the world famous Dukan diet. It’s high in protein, low carb, and keeps the weight off. But Pippa still likes to remain active and keep her body fit through plenty of workouts and exercise.

Apart from sticking to her strict diet plan, Pippa has a love for marathons (wish we could all say the same), thoroughly enjoys outdoor activities, pilates, and follows her workout regime religiously. Can there possibly be anything else this superwoman does not do?

Pippa told OK! Magazine: “As someone who is always ‘on the go’, Pilates has been a wonderful escape from my busy lifestyle in London. Whether it’s 7 a.m. in the morning or 7 p.m. at night I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated,”
