It’s no big secrets that Pip, Duchess of CambridgeÂ Kate and mother CaroleÂ are huge fans of the world famous Dukan diet. It’s high in protein, low carb, and keeps the weight off. But Pippa still likes to remain active and keep her body fit through plenty of workouts and exercise.
Apart from sticking to her strict diet plan, Pippa has a love for marathons (wish we could all say the same), thoroughlyÂ enjoys outdoor activities, pilates, and follows her workout regimeÂ religiously. Can there possibly be anything else this superwoman does not do?
