Are The Black Eyed Peas On Verge of Splitting Up?

As final preparations for Saturday’s The Michael Forever gig at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff get underway the organisers and excited fans were dealt a devastating blow after US band Black Eyed Peas pulled out of the star-studded event at the last minute.

The impromtu cancellation fuels rumours that the successful Stateside band of rappers starring Will.i.am, Ferigie, Taboo and Apl.de.ap are on the verge of splitting.

The international band are reported to have been paid £1.5 million for the slot at the Millennium memorial Michael Forever concert due to be staged tomorrow over what they describe as “Unavoidable Circumstances.”

“Pulling out of this weekend’s gig is the final curtain call for them, especially as they’re all such huge Jacko fans.

“Things have been taking a turn for the worse over the past few months but this signals the end”, said a source.

But, Black Eyed Peas or Not! The Michael Forever concert show will go on.

‘It is with regret that we announce the removal of Black Eyed Peas from the Michael Forever bill, but I look forward to a great night with other earth-shattering artists.

“‘The event is really getting into gear and is going to be a fantastic evening for all”, said Chris Hunt, CEO of Global Live Events.

US pop singer Michael jackson died in June 2009 aged 50.

His siblings Marlon, Tito and lat Toya Jackson will also pay their oen personal tribute to the late star at the event and yummy-mummy-to-be Beyonce Knowles will appear via video.

Big names including Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera and Smokey Robinson, Leona Lewis and JLS will be performing in Cardiff in memory of Michael Jackson in front of 60,000 fans cost-hosted by Fearne Cotton and  Jamie Foxx.

Tickets for the gig have been selling like hotcakes with the first act is set to perform live on the Millennium stage on Saturday at 18:00 BST.
