October 25, 2011 at Tampa, Florida, around 1:00 am - Michael Lohan, (Lindsay Lohan’s father) was arrested due to battery charges to her ex-girlfriend, Kathryn Major.

The reason for the fight was because of the scheduled court date due to past domestic violence case. The police also said that Lohan also got angry because Kathryn did not agree to give him oral sex.

Major had temporary domestic violence injunction against him but she let him stay in her condo. Supposedly this Tuesday, the court will decide if it will be a permanent one.

The police said that they responded on a 911 call that seems like a domestic violence case and hearing a woman yell, “stop” and “leave me alone”

When they came to the condo, he immediately become defensive and said that “everything is okay” and “nothing happened here”, and Major started to yell in the background asking for help.

When they went to Kathryn, she did not need any medical treatment but found jewelry and clothes scattered around the room and found a dent on the bathroom door about the same with her height.

He later on denied to hurt her and said she deliberately banged her own head on the bathroom door so that he can blame him with it.

He complained on having  chest pains and was taken in St. Joseph Hospital. After that he got arrested and  is now in Hillsborough County Orient Road Jail without bail. He has not been reported that he hired an attorney.

Kate Major is a former journalist in Star Magazine and was engaged to Michael Lohan and broke it off because he assaulted her last March. She later on reported another assault incident last July from him at South Hampton New York saying that he kicked her in the face due to an argument. She had been granted 3 restraining orders against him, the third one this month because of unrelenting phone calls and threats to “ruin her career.”
