Juggling between community service, her playboy shoot and court appearances, Lindsay Lohan still has time to party for Halloween.

She was invited in a party at Playboy Mansion and wore a sexy french maid look. She also matched her look with a black headpiece and black belt bag.

She fixed her hair with sexy curls.

Last week, it was just revealed that she will pose nude for the Playboy magazine and will get paid $1 Million dollars for it.

For years, Lindsay Lohan was strongly against on posing nude. But now, she is apparently retracting this views through these recent news.

This Wednesday, she is scheduled to face Judge Stephanie Sautner in court for a probation violent hearing.

The judge will decide if she breached the terms of her probation for failing to turn up repeatedly for community service at the Downtown’s Community Centre.

It is part of her punishment for her shoplifting of the gold necklace at a jewellery store in Venice Beach, California.

Lohan’s representative Steve Honig hopes that her lawyer, Shawn Holley can convince the judge that she is now in full compliance for her probation.

He told Radar Online, “Lindsay recognizes it’s time to put a closure on it. Lindsay has several projects we will be announcing in the coming months, and she is looking forward to be back on set.”

“Lindsay has been doing eight-hour shifts just like everybody else at the morgue and she is working diligently in fulfilling her obligations.Lindsay is being accountable and is taking very very seriously.”

Sources told TMZ that Lindsay is hoping that she will receive a two-week minimal sentence, and subsequently overcrowding will continue to keep her free.
