The mother of Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner got an interview radio station Star 101.1 last Tuesday.

Don Bleu, the station’s host thought that Kris  Jenner will back out from the interview because of  her daughter’s big divorce announcement.

But the mother of six did not back out because she said it is her professional commitment to come and also she will promote her new book (her autobiography.)

Kris Jenner defends her daughter Kim Kardashian about the divorce saying, “You get married because you think it’s going to be happily ever after, not because ‘Oh i’ll do this for a while.’That’s just not what my kids do in a million years… It’s not embarrassing.. it’s sad She’s not the first person to get a divorce. Things don’t work out all the time..They’re very sad about it.. I just have to be there for my kids.. through thick and through thin.”

Jenner also talked about Kim’s $20 million wedding saying, “The rumors that Kim made five cents off of the wedding are absolutely false. She did not make a dime.. She actually spent million dollars of her own money.. All that matters to me is that you’re a good person you’re honest and you’re true to yourself. There’s a lot of things that are more important in Hollywood, but this is the business we are in.”

Kris Jenner talked more about the wedding and Kim K  went to Australia without wearing her wedding ring, saying “I saw those checks… she spent a lot more money on the wedding than she got paid to shoot a show… by 20 million times..She made absolutely nothing. It’s like people tell you ‘How much money you made that year? It’s like really? Did you do my taxes? It’s ridiculous.”

Jenner talked lastly about her concerns, saying, “My only concern is getting Kim through this.. We all try to be very professional..Kim is on the road fulfilling the professional commitment she made before all of this happened, and I really commend her for doing that… She’s very very sad. We are all just trying to get through this, and hope that in a few months everything will be back to normal she’ll be fine and we will move on.”

Her new book, “Kris Jenner.. and all things Kardashian” is out Tuesday.
