Kim Kardashian has been public for years now.

The divorce filing must have taken a toll on her, because she had decided to go hiding on a secret location where the press nor the paparazzi could not find her.

Only her family and some close friends knows where she is.

She will be staying indoors till her shoot for the movie with Tyler Perry Marriage Counsellor starts.

The decision to go hiding will make Kim miss her mother’s birthday dinner and brother in-law’s birthday dinner as well.

According to TMZ, the attention surrounding her because of the divorce is too much for her, and she’s lying low until it dies down.

Reports also said that the couple had given each other the silent treatment after the divorce announcement.

They had a mutual decision not to communicate and if there’s any need to, their respective reps will handle it.

The Kardashian family also banned their home channel E! from shooting any footage of anything related to the divorce.

Kim decided not to shoot till early next year for their reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She does not want to expose all the details behind the real moments of the divorce.

Meanwhile her mother Kris Jenner said that her daughter will keep the ring.

She said in an interview at Good Morning America, “It’s a gift, you keep a gift.”

Kris Humphries reportedly wants the 20.5 carat diamond ring back.

Also in the interview she said that her daughter felt a lot of ‘heartache’ before deciding to have divorce.

Kris Jenner said, “Kim’s dream was to get married and to have babies. To raise a family, and that’s all she ever wanted.

She also added, “Kim has not been the Kim that I know, she seemed worried, not her happy self. I want Kim back, I want her to be happy.”

She still insisted her daughter did not make a dime into their wedding.
