After all the allegations to Justin Bieber that he is the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby, he is firing back.

He will take the DNA test that Yeater’s lawyers was asking of him.

According to TMZ, Justin will take the DNA test in two weeks when he returns to United States so that he can prove he is not the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby.

Sources closed to Justin said that he really wants this bogus scandal to end, and he will definitely going after her in court.

Justin Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez is in Europe now, so he cannot take the test.

Howard Weitzman, his lawyer contacted Yeater’s attorneys last Friday and said that the DNA test is going to happen.

Sources said Justin Bieber’s team is so serious and asked Weitzman to find a laboratory to do the DNA testing.

He already found one, and is now just waiting for Bieber to come back in U.S.

When the test shows that he is NOT the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby, they will sue her.

TMZ said that the lawyer’s may have been ‘nervous’ on this news. The lawyers did not answer TMZ’s phone calls.

Sources said that Bieber is really determined to sue Yeater so that people will know that there are consequences when somebody makes false allegations against a celebrity.
