Fans were shocked when the The Risk and Johnny Robinson were voted off in a double elimination.

Johnny Robinson was voted off  after going head to head with Kitty Brucknell.

Frankie Cocozza was saved this week even after the judges told him he was singing like ‘a real bad karaoke’ last Saturday night.

Louis Walsh was asked to choose between Kitty Brucknell and Robinson but he said it was clear that Brucknell may have a bigger chance to get a recording act.

When it was announced that Robinson will go home, Walsh and Barlow shed a tear for the finalist.

Walsh said, “They have been incredible to work with. They were both very incredible to work with. They were both incredible in the sing off. I have to pick the person who I think in the world who would get a recording act and the act I’m gonna have to send home is Johnny.”

He added, “This guy is a brilliant singer, he’s a great character, he’s gonna have a great career. I hate to see him go home.”

Robison also replied saying, “I wanna thank everyone who have got behind me.All the judges, everyone out there in the UK who accepted me for just being me.”

On their head-to-head sing off, Robinson sang,The Righteous Brother’s  Unchained Melody while Brucknell sang Kelly Clarkson’s Beautiful Disaster.

After the performance, Tulisa said, “I get along with both of you really well. I have to go with the act that I look forward to watching perform each week so the act that I’m sending home is Johnny.”

Kelly Rowland said, “The act that I’m looking to that is gonna provide us with something more in the competition is Johnny.”

Barlow describe Johnny as “the nicest people in the competition.”

Meanwhile, boy band The Risk were voted off the competition after receiving the lowest vote.

It came as a shock for them because last week they were the second favorite by the bookies.

The Risk singer, Derry Mensah said,“I dunno what is it. I’m just happy were here together.”

Charlie Healy said, “We’re the Risk, we’re just gonna carry on.” Andrew Merry added, It’s been an honour singing with this guys.

Reports showed that 11 million viewers watched last night’s show compared to 10.5 million strictly on ABC.
