Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against rapper Pitbull when he added Lindsay on his song entitled, ‘Give Me Everything’

On the song, he rapped, “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan”

The actress filed in New York for “condemnation, excoriation, disparaging, or defamatory statements.”

She filed for unspecified damages and said that the lyrics may cause her ‘irreparable harm’ to her and wants the song to be taken off the air.

Now, Pitbull has responded in a lawsuit saying that Lindsay’s legal problems in California including her house arrests, multiple jail sentences and community services.

Pitbull also wants the case to be transferred in California. Lindsay, who filed the lawsuit in New York, claimed that she lives there. But rapper said that’s not the case because Lohan lives in Los Angeles since 2004.

And due to  her ongoing legal troubles, she will have to stay in California in the foreseeable future.

Pitbull also said he has a better chance on winning the case if it’s in California.
