The elimination on X Factor this week has not been all about the voice.
This week, the two divas Misha B and Kitty Brucknell was at the bottom two because of their personalities.
Kitty Brucknell, 26, has an undeniably beautiful voice, but the judges think that from the start of the competition, she failed to connect with the viewers.
Misha B was also been accused to be a diva by judge Tulisa Contostavlos. She said that Misha B bullies some of her acts, and they did not like her backstage antics.
Gary Barlow said to Kitty to ‘strip everything back’. On the sing-off, Kitty chose the song, Over the Rainbow, by Wizard of Oz.
Misha B showed her singing prowess by belting out Jessie J’s ‘Who you are.’
After the sing-off, Louis Walsh casted his first vote, and he of course chosen his act, Kitty Brucknell.
Tulisa, after saying that Misha was a bully said, “I think you are both amazingly talented.. but I would rather buy Misha’s albums.”
Kelly Rowland and Gary Barlow also voted for Misha B.
Barlow said, “Can I just say first , what an amazing sing-off. If you are to ask me two people who wanted this the most, it would be Misha and Kitty.”
He added, “Kitty, it’s got to be the likeability factor, because you sing and perform incredibly. Misha, if I took all the acts to a record label, you would be the first to be signed. The act that I’m sending home is Kitty.”
Walsh then gushed about Kitty saying, “She’s one of the best people I ever mentored. I want someone to sign her.”
Kitty Brucknell said goodbye by singing Lady Gaga’s Born this Way, “I’m beautiful in my way, ’cause God makes no mistakes, I’m on the right track baby I was born this way.”
Who will be the next act to be eliminated? The remaining acts are Misha B, Little Mix, Craig Colton, Marcus Collins, Janet Devlin, and returning act, Amelia Lily.
