Ashton Kutcher is in the cover of Men’s Health Magazine for December Issue.

He dishes on working out relationships and how he sees failure.

The 70′s Show star revealed the best  relationship advice he was given.

But it is quite ironic because he was in a controversy of cheating with his wife Demi with a 22-year old Sarah Leal on the their sixth wedding anniversary.

Ashton said, “I think it’s all about working in the relationship and making it better..when it’s good.”

“Don’t wait for a problem to work on things. The goal is not to get in a relationship; the goal is to be in a relationship.”

When asked on what type of girl he could never be with, he said, “I would never be with a woman who felt like she needed to change me.”

Ashton also revealed that women has trouble on getting his attention. He shared that he wants to work on being a good listener.

“I would just like a woman someday, somewhere, at some point in my life to say to me, ‘You’re a great listener.”

“Haven’t heard it yet, and that’s a superior complement to get from a woman. But I’m going to work on it.”

Lastly, when asked about FAILURE in all aspects, he revealed that he is ‘relatively scared’ of failure, but then added, “But I just don’t see it as something as inevitable.”
