Katy Perry and Russel Brand has been married for a year now.

They had a ceremony in India in October last year.

Rumors are spreading that their marriage is in trouble because of their busy schedules.

But Katy Perry said on Ellen De Generes show that the couple wants to take a break from her career and wants to start a family with Russel.

A source close to Katy revealed that she confided on fellow musician, Tore Nissen who is playing as support act on California Dreams world tour.

The source said, “Tore has been a shoulder to cry on for Katy.”

“They get along so well, so much that his girlfriend became suspicious and joined him on the tour.”

Last July, Katy slams rumors that there’s trouble in paradise.

She posted in her twitter page, “Just cause we don’t want to flaunt our relationship doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with it. Privacy is our luxury. #tabloidsrtrash #gossipisgross”

Russel also supported his wife on twitter saying, “You tell ‘em Mrs. Brand! In Britain we’re currently dismantling the scum media so I’m not tuned in to brain farting.”

Katy Perry also said to Vanity Fair that she trusts her husband.

She shared, “There’s never a dull moment. He has never lied to me once. I trust him; there’s just a level of trust we built up”

Russel Brand also had an interview with Piers Morgan and he said that marriage can be a daunting prospect.

He said, “I take it one step at a time, -like with drugs, like alcohol. Don’t look at things as in ‘rest of life.’

Lastly, he said, “Of course marriage is for life and that’s what I wanted but anything for the rest of life can be daunting.”
