Paris Hilton Storms Out Of Interview With ABC News

Hitting age thirty has obviously touched on a sore point for heiress and fierce business woman Paris Hilton.

She may still look fabulous for her age but as any women knows, age is a very sensitive subject.

The star did not take kindly to the suggestion that she was past her prime and stormed off a live U.S TV interview.

Paris understandably took offense to the crude comment and pulled the plug on an interview with Dan Harris of leading ABC News.

The journalist fired and array of below the belt suggestions and questions at the famous reality TV star at her Los Angeles mansion.

The atmosphere soon became sour after the journalist implied that world renowned Paris Hilton had been swiftly eclipsed and pushed off the celebrity map by her best friend, turned rival, Kim Kardashian.

He asked: ‘Do you worry at times that people who have followed in your footsteps like Kim Kardashian are over shadowing you?’

It was clear by her careful reaction that this care-free remark had irritated Miss Hilton. Through gritted teeth she said: “No, not at all.”

She became even more aggravated after the journalist picked up on the fact that her recent reality TV show ‘The World According To Paris’ was a flop and struggled to gain substantial ratings.

The journalist said: ‘Do you worry about your moment having passed?’

It became obvious the daring interviewer had pushed the star to far. After a brief glance towards her publicist who was our of shot, Paris got up and stormed off camera.

Still within ear shot of the rolling microphones, Miss Hilton was heard exclaiming: ‘I don’t want all this being used.’

After an emotional debate with her publicist and some strong words between Paris and Harris the journalist, the pair were back in action. Hilton eventually returned with a well-rehearsed answer to the awkward question.

‘I’ve been doing this for 15 years now, so it’s been a long time so just like any other business person or someone in the industry, it is always important to reinvent yourself and come up with new projects,’ she said.
Before the mishap Paris Hilton had been more than happy to discuss her ever changing career.
‘So many people that are rich do nothing.
‘I like being able to do what I want, to buy whatever I want, and to not ask for permission like some of my other friends who are adults but live like children.’
Hilton even welcomed the question touching upon the sensitive unnerving subject of her stalker, who was been arrested outside her mansion on July 4th.
‘It is very unsettling, because you don’t know what frame of mind someone like that is in.
‘Now four times he has tried to get in contact with me.
‘He’s keeps getting in trouble for it, yet he keeps coming back, so obviously there’s something wrong with him.’
The interview may not have been a complete ruin but one thing is certain – never make insensitive remarks about a womens age and don’t mess with Paris Hilton!
