Life & Style is now reporting that Kris Humphries is preparing a $10 million dollar lawsuit against Kim Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce last October 31 after just 72 days of marriage.

Kris was reportedly blind-sided about Kim’s decision.

The lawsuit is reported to be not about spousal support but about the reality TV!

An insider told Life & Style said that he is worried how bad he would look on the reality show he was in, Kourtney and Kim Take New York showing in November 23.

The insider said, “Kris has a legal team investigating his options.”

“He’s claiming his role in the series is bigger than he was told, and that’s why he wants more money.”

“But Kris also suing because he’s really worried about how badly he’s going to be portrayed in the series.”

L&S also reported that Kris is worried on a scene about Kim’s friend Jonathan Cheban in which he bullies him with his sexuality.

“Midway through the season, Kris starts bullying Kim’s best friend Jonathan Cheban, about his sexuality .”

“Jonathan is not gay, but Kris accuses him of being gay and criticizes him in a really homophobic way. Jonathan is really upset.”

The question is, can the NBA player stop the airing of his antics on air?

Maybe. Reports has been out that he met with Lee Hutton III and said to really working hard, trying his best to prevent the most inflammatory comments from being broadcast.

Even if this ‘bad’ issue against Kris is now out, his father, William Humphries defends Kris and says Kris has no idea he was being played.
