Miley Cyrus stirred a big controversy on her 19th birthday.

The party who was prepared by her close pal, Kelly Osbourne, gave a marijuana themed cake.

Miley, confessed that she is a stoner and a pothead.

“You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake.”

“You know you smoke way too much f****ng weed!”

Kelly Osbourne, who was also the host of the party said, “I thought Salvia was your problem!”

The party was held in Beachers Madhouse inside the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles.

After the incident, people got worried for the former Disney star.

Kelly then defended her pal on twitter.

“Let me make something very clear @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her Bob Miley as a joke!”

She was alluding the incident last 2010 when Miley was caught smoking out a bong but later on denied it and said she was smoking the legal hallucinogen, Salvia.”

“It makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called friends would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!”

“U guys if @Miley Cyrus is not recording/filming/touring, she works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think”

After her birthday, Miley tweeted, “Can’t thank @MissKellyO for the best parttyy everr!!! :]]] I loovvveeee youu!!!”

She even joked that there was a unicorn in her party.

“Let’s just say there was a unicorn in the lobby”

Miley’s boyfriend Liam Hemsworth was there, Miley’s parents and friends Rumer Willis and Victoria Justice.

Before the party, Kelly shared her plans on Miley’s birthday on E!

“It’s intimate, but it’s going to be the sickest party she’s ever seen in her life.”

“Although I see her in the same level mentality as me, I also realize that Miley is 19 and she deserves to still have fun.”

“Because the girl has so much pressureon her and has worked her ass off her entire life that I think a lot of the time people forget that she deserves to have fun too.”

“So that was my mission for her, to make her birthday.. the best day ever! I’ve got all source of madness and craziness.”
