When you look at Gary Barlow, you can describe him as a young, hot man.

People are swooning over him in every episode of X Factor UK. Even Kelly Rowland admits she has a crush on Barlow.

It’s hard to imagine that Gary Barlow reveals that he was fat before.

He is now known as the ‘hot man’ in Take That which is really new as he was called the ‘fat one’ for years.

He spoke to Grazia and said, “I’m at a weight that I’m just so bloody happy with and I feel amazing. I’m full of confidence.”

“It’s going to sound shallow, but being happy with the way I look makes me spring out of bed in the morning and want to live my life.”

Gary battled with weight after the break up of his group, Take That in 1996.

But now he is happy to have his succesful reunion tour with Take That with Robbie Williams.

He also has a new album.

When he talked about his wife, he reveals that she was the one who was there for him even if he got really fat.

“I knew she was the one for me because she understands me.”

“She has known me through thick or thin. She has known me at 17 stone, when nobody wants to call anymore.”

“Dawn knows how weight has always been my enemy, how, with every mouthful of food I have always felt guilty.”

“I’ve actually had major problems with food for years and years. I realized that once I started to eat, I could not stop.”

Gary also admits he doesn’t mind people wondering about his transformation.

“I can’t say I don’t get a little kick out of it..Me, too thin, will wonders ever cease?”

He says, right now he does not have plans to get Botox like Simon Cowell.

“I’m not bothered about Botox. I’m bothered about how I feel.  I’m light on my feet at the moment. I can spring around, play football with the kids, I can put on a suit and say, ‘I look nice.’

He also admitted that he is sweating too much when he is reported about the show’s ratings.

“There’s no question that every week when I’m waiting for the text with the ratings I’m s*****ng myself. ”

“Simon (Cowell) warned me very early that I was strapping myself with the rollercoaster.”
