Lindsay Lohan has been accountable for her mistakes.
She went to rehab, went to court trials, spent days in jail and did community service.
After all those legal problems, she had her first interview on Playboy magazine.
Lindsay will be on the cover for the magazine’s January issue.
On the issue, she will be channeling her inner Marilyn Monroe in the icon’s famous 1953 spread.
Lindsay is supposed to debut her cover in The Ellen De Generes Show this December 15 but some of her photo was leaked online this week.
The magazine will be available in newsstands this December 16.
One of the things she shared on the magazine is that she regrets some part of her life.
Lindsay said, “Looking back, I probably would have listened to and taken more advice from the people whom I admire and would have followed through with it more.”
“My stubbornness at 18 and 19 years old got in the way.”
Lindsay shared that she could have done things differently, but she will be accountable for her mistakes.
“During the past five years, I learned that time flies faster than you think, and because you only live once, you have to learn from your mistakes, live your dreams and be accountable.”
She also shared why she decided to go for pose to Playboy.
“Sex and sexuality are a part of nature and I go along with nature. I think Marilyn Monroe once said that.”
Lastly, Lindsay doesn’t know why people loves to put her in tabloids or why paparazzi is following her all the time.
“I have no idea why there is fascination with everything I do. I suppose this is all a part of this trend of people wanting to know every single detail of a celebrity’s life.”
“I mean, once we get to the point where magazines are doing pictorial on my wardrobe to court, that’s just so unimportant.”
