It seems like Kim Kardashian’s move to divorce Kris Humphries after just 72 days cost her a lot as she is now named as the Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2011 according to the National League of Junior Cotillions.She has tried her best on winning her fans back by showing on her reality show, Kourtney and Kim Take New York that Kris is the bad guy.

Elizabeth said, “Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, was chosen for the exemplary manner in which she conducted herself, before and after her marriage to Prince William.”

Justin Bieber is also recognized as best mannered for consistently showing courtesy to his fans.”

Taylor Swift is also on top for  inspiring young people with her music and her manners.
