Real Housewives of New Jersey couple Teresa Giudice and husband Joe Giudice is in trouble…AGAIN.
Joe Giudice was indicted with illegally using a fake driver’s license i.d. last Tuesday in Passaic County, New Jersey.
According to the legal papers as reported by E! News, The Passaic County Prosecutor’s office charges Joe one count of wrongfully using identifying information and the second count is impersonation after using his brother Pietro’s identity in personal documents in 2010 so that he can get a driver’s license at the Paterson, New Jersey Motor Vehicle Office.
Joe Giudice’s drivers license has been suspended for DUI.
Joe was caught when his brother, Pietro was pulled over in a routine traffic stop. They checked his license on the mobile data terminal and they found Joe’s picture on his name.
There will be a thorough investigation for the said case.
The charges can give Joe some prison time with 10 years of imprisonment for the first charge of wrongfully using identifying information and 18 months for charge of impersonation.
Teresa and Joe’s rep could not be reached to comment on the issue.
The married couple has been in a much deeper controversy when they filed for bankruptcy last year with $8.7 million of liabilities. After a few months he abandoned it but Teresa’s petition to discharge her debts is still the same.
In a report from Newark Star-Ledger, the husband of the reality star was caught hiding assets from the court.
