Ashton Kutcher may be a newly single man as he is about to divorce Demi Moore.

But he certainly has a type, as words were rampant that he is dating a  screenwriter named  Lorene Scafaria.

There were many speculations that Lorene looked like Demi.

Ashton Kutcher’s rep quickly responded with the rumors and told  GossipCop.com, “They are not dating, they are just friends.”

An insider close to Kutcher shared that the two went to Italy for work.

It involves a film project involving an Italian Soccer team.

The rumors surrounded the tabloids as the two were photographed spending the Holidays together in Italy.

Us Weekly even reported that Lorene and Ashton was spotted looking for Porsche Carrera Sports 2011, staying into a private pad and spending a romantic lunch together.

Another source revealed that the two are already dating since February.

The source said, “Ashton started seeing her while he is still in a relationship.”

The king of twitter posted a picture with Lorene and his partner of Katalyst productions, Matt Mazzant.

He wrote, “Roman holiday with the homies. @mazzant, @Lorene Scafaria Have an amazing New Year! ”
