Natalee Holloway, who disappeared in Aruba in 2005 has now been declared by a court judge as dead.
But Natalee’s parents will not stop until they find her.
The lawyers revealed on court that Natalee was last seen with a young Dutch man leaving a bar with her.
The story might be bought in the US court.
There is a man named Joran Van Der Slot, who pleaded guilty when she killed a young woman in Peru in a Lima Casino.
The girl was Stephany Flores. She was killed five days after Natalee’s disappearance in a Birmingham Suburb of Mountain Brook.
He was also said to be the prime suspect for Holloway’s case.
Dave Holloway, Natalee’s father said, “We have been dealing with her death for the last six and a half years. We still have a long way to get to the justice.”
Dave added that he wishes that Joran will spend 30 years in prison by Peruvian prosecutors.
It was said that Joran told the police that he had killed Stephany in a ‘fit rage’ after she discoverd on his laptop the connection of Holloway’s diappearance.
But the police forensic efforts are saying it’s not true.
Dave said, “Everybody knows his personality. I believe he is beyond rehabilitation.”
In Birmingham, Joran will face federal charge on extorting a $25,000 from Beth Holloway to reveal where Natalee’s body is.
Natalee disappeared in May 30, 2005 in a graduation trip to the Dutch Caribbean island where the prime suspect has grown up. Her body was never found until now.
The investigation remains open.
Solicitor General Taco Stein said, “The team that was acting in that investigation still is functioning as a team and they get together whenever there is information on things are needed in the case or a new tip arrives.”
