Famous ‘It girl’ Zooey Deschanel graced the cover of Allure magazine for February Issue.

The blue-eyed actress shares that she was not liked in high school, she was bullied.

Zooey said, “Girls would spit on my face, People were so mean to me, I’d cry everyday.”

The 31-year-old actress also shared that she does not want to read online gossips and websites.

“I can’t go on gawker.”

“I actually think the writer is really funny but there is a chance that somebody is undercutting me.”

“I’m bangs and eyes, it’s who I am.”

On the magazine, she wears Jason Wu collections and red lipstick.

Zooey also shared that she loved her with ‘bangs’ look.

“There have been periods when I have grown my bangs out, but I always cut them back, so it’s like, why go through the trouble.”

To keep her weight on the way she wants it, she reveals that she eats healthy, sticking on veggies, grains and proteins.

She also said that she does not want to be part of the pressures of being thin in Hollywood.

“Some people around me, they are like 89 pounds.”

“I’m not going to say I’m a big girl. I’m a very small person but on a healthy weight. That might be a little weird for Hollywood.”

“If you think like dressing like a girl, there’s nothing wrong with that.”

She also expressed that women should be strong and to not be afraid to express themselves.

“Women should be free to express who they are without thinking: ‘I need to act like a man, or ‘I need to tone it down to be successful.’

If men do that, “That’s a very good way to keep the woman down.”

Right now, on her famous new sitcom, New Girl, songs to sing and movies coming up, she is now called as Hollywood’s latest ‘It girl.’

She shared that she has no idea what a ‘It girl’ is.

“It girl is supposed to be something that only lasts a certain amount of time.”

“They keep me calling ‘it girl’ and at this point it makes me laugh, because they have done that so many times, ‘You’re it’, ‘You’re not it’

She must be really a ‘It girl’ because she was given a Happy Birthday Greeting letter by President Barack Obama.
