LOS ANGELES – Another testy rivalry has been played to Clippers against Lakers.
It has been a very thrilling game because the games consists of hard fouls, trash talks and wrestling matches between the teams.
Pau Gasol made the rivalry more heated as he patted Chris Paul on the head.
The Los Angeles Lakers won, scoring 96 points and 91 points to the Los Angeles Clippers.
Kobe Bryant scored 24 points to the game, while Paul Gasol had 23 points and 10 rebounds.
There were a total of six fouls to the games and also unnecessary talk to the team.
LA Laker’s Josh McRoberts was ejected for scrapping Reggie Evans.
Paul Gasol’s gesture to Chris Paul made him furious.
Chris Paul had a total of four points and twelve assists.
It has been his first time to return after a rest because of a strained left hamstring.
Chris Paul said, “He touched the top of my head, and I did not like that. You know what I mean, I don’t know if Paul got kids, but don’t touch my head like I’m one of your kids. I don’t know what his intentions are, ‘were like treat him like little Chris’ I don’t know if he’s got kids but I’m not one of them.”
Gasol tried to defended himself and said that the ‘pat on the head’ does not mean anything.
He said he does that to all of his teammates and he is sorry of what he did.
Laker’s Andrew Bynu scored 19 points for the team. The Lakers lead the game till the final minute.
It is their ninth straight home victory in their rival, Clippers.
The Lakers won 10 out of 11 home games since it started last Christmas.
Kobe seems happy with what is going on for his team.
He said that everybody played with the right attitude, right temperament and they all did their best.
