After their ugly spit and upcoming divorce, Kim Kardashian is reported to have offered Kris Humphries financial settlement to make the divorce faster.

Kris was said to be really determined to pursue his claim that the marriage was fraud under false pretenses.

A source revealed that Kim and Kris’s lawyers are taking privately for informal settlements.

It is made crystal clear that Kris’s camp does not want any money from Kim but will choose to accept a settlement if Kim will agree to him that the marriage was a fraud.

But the reality star is also saying that the marriage was real and it just did not work out for both of them.

Another issue was the scene in the reality show, Kourtney and Kim Take New York when Kim was talking about her marriage with her mom in a car.

It is said to be taken in December in which the show wrapped up in October.

Kim was seen in December 6 wearing the same outfit and make up and an assistant of Kris was seen wearing the purple kaftan dress in the scene shot in the limo.

If it was true, this will be good for team Humphries that it will help him on his grounds for fraud.

She said in the scene that Marriage is not what she thought that it would be with him and that she kept thinking that something is off.

Kris Humphries also requested for a public trial for their divorce.

But a source told RadarOnline that a public trial is the last thing that Kim wants, and she has instructed her lawyer to formally petition the court so that the divorce can be heard in a mediator, which is routinely done in California since it was a no-fault state.

Lastly, Kim wants this to be over. The divorce settlement will be a typical divorce proceeding and that the two kept separate bank accounts so there will be no more problem.
