It’s good news for actress Halle Berry as she won the custody battle against her ex Gabriel Aubry from having unsupervised visits to their daughter Nahla.

RadarOnline was the first one to report it, that a judge ruled out that Gabriel can’t visit their daughter with just the two of them.

Addition to the ruling is that Nahla can’t stay overnight with her daddy.

There was a report before that their former Nanny claimed that Gabriel physically attacked her while she was holding Nahla.

Gabriel denied the allegation and it is currently investigated.

The former couple came to the private and confidential hearing.

The LA representatives for Children Family Services was also present from the court hearing.

Some reports were out that Halle Berry will move to her boyfriend’s home country, France.

Halle filed paper works that she will be allowed to move away in America and to a European country in which Gabriel will have a hard time visiting their daughter.

Currently, the famous actress is in fear from a stalker from a mental patient named Robert Hoskins who keeps giving threats to her.

He is also said to have stalked Madonna.

An insider close to Halle Berry said that her friends are scared for her life because he wants to kill her.

Hoskins told the LAPD,”I’m going to kill that b****”

Robert was locked up in prison for ten years and was released last year and sent to a Los Angeles psychiatric center.

He managed to escape last week but now he is back behind bars again.

A stalker of Halle who pleaded guilty was also released in jail last week.
