There were reports that was out last year that Taylor Swift was dumped by Jake Gyllenhall.

Now, Taylor is said to have a brief romance with a British actor named Eddie Redmayne.

Us Weekly reported that Taylor and Eddie met while she was auditioning for the role in ‘My Week with Marilyn.’

They broke up last month while Taylor lost out from a role of Eponine in the film Les Miserables.

The source told US Weekly that when they met, they hung out in NYC and the singer got feelings for him fast.

After that, they kept in touch while he returned in UK.

The source added that Taylor loves the fact of having a British boyfriend.

The latest date that they met was in January 24 in which they had drinks in London.

The reason of the break up was that Eddie was not interested to a long distance relationship and it is not working for both of them.

Some celebrities who was linked with her was Taylor Lautner, John Mayer and Joe Jonas.

One of the things that made her famous was that she writes her songs, one of it was Dear John which her fans thought that it was for John Mayer.

There will be an upcoming album for the latest singer.

She told Vogue magazine that it will tackle more about a broken relationship.

In the interview, she said that she experienced a very intense heartbreak.  She described it as earth shattering, and crash-and-burn heartbreak.

Lastly she said that the way she mends her broken heart was writing songs to get some sort of clarity.
