7) Test the site on different devices and browsers. Again, don't launch until you're sure everything is working properly.
Most website designers these days use a combination of Adobe Photoshop, Coda, Dreamweaver, or some other programming language to create their websites, though some designers prefer simple HTML or Microsoft Word.
